A complete restoration of a property with glorious river views in the picturesque North Devon town of Appledore undertaken by Robeda Joinery and Robeda Construction based in Bideford, North Devon.
Irsha Street is one of the most popular and sought-after locations to live in Appledore, with its beautiful views overlooking the river Torridge and its close proximity to local restaurants, shops and bars.
Robeda’s Construction and Joinery teams joined forces to transform this period town house which was in great need of repair. Robeda sympathetically renovated the property into a charming, spacious town house whilst accentuating its breath-taking views over the River Torridge. Keeping and highlighting some of the property's traditional Victorian period features such as the fireplace and mosaic flooring, new oak timber flooring, modern kitchen, revitalised bedrooms, open plan kitchen and living room area with Juliette balcony were added to enhance the space and light the property has to offer and emphasising the wonderful views over the River towards Instow.
